Kevin Malone – President/CEO
As the founder of ExecuTime Software, Mr. Malone oversees business development, marketing and the strategic direction of the company.  Kevin is the original architect of the ExecuTime product and has over 15 years of executive-level experience in the software industry.  Prior to founding ExecuTime Software Kevin was Co-Founder and President of Echelon3 Technologies, an IBM Business partner focused on software development and services.  Kevin has also served as Vice-President of Professional Services for a large Premier IBM Business Partner.    

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis.  In his free time he enjoys jogging, jet-skiing, martial arts training, reading and traveling with his wife Kimberly. 

Jennifer Crispin – Director of Technology
Ms. Crispin is responsible for overseeing the Technical Support and Application  Development related areas of the company.   Jennifer brings a relentless desire to stay on the leading-edge of technology while maintaining a sound, solid user friendly product.  Her extensive technology related experience, application development background and absolute commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction makes her instrumental to the ExecuTime Management Team. 

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Computer Systems and a Masters of Science in Information Technology.  Her interests include playing with her 1-year old nieces, mountain biking, rock climbing, and reading.

Jimmy Dixon – Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, Mr. Dixon heads a dedicated sales team focused on providing the most effective solution to meet each client's objectives in implementing ExecuTime's Enterprise Time and Attendance Application. Mr. Dixon strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction by overseeing the entire sales process from establishing project specifications, providing cost estimates, overseeing implementation, and following up after the sale.

Jimmy has extensive knowledge of computer networks, servers, and routers, with 15 years of experience in troubleshooting and designing such systems. Prior to his development of the sales team at ExecuTime, he founded Trace Technologies and provided high level Technical Support and Consulting for mid-sized enterprises. He holds a Bachelor in General Business, and personally enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar, playing golf, and traveling with his wife and two daughters.
